The San Francisco Center for the Book Small Plates Publications Opening marks the completion of my edition of 100 handmade artist books. Common Matrix presents a speculative future in which an alien civilization creates an archive of detritus that they believe is emblematic of a former, non-transformed human population (the humans of today). Each book is annotated with alien language, and an assortment of found objects are collected inside a three-tiered folding box structure. Purchase

Working on getting a multi-space going in North Berkeley, CA. Loosely structured around garage sale aesthetics, I'd like for this space to also operate as a platform for others to create work. More updates soon.
